Our Commitment to Privacy
QuickTrac (“QT”), highly values our customer relationships. Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy we provide this notice explaining our online information practices. We want to make sure that you understand the details of how our services utilize the information you provide to us. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our home page. QuickTrac has created this statement in order to disclose our information gathering and dissemination practices for the software program known as QuickTrac.

This notice applies only to the information collected from or submitted to QuickTrac when you use the QuickTrac software product suite that displays key data to users in real time. If our product or Web site links to other Web sites, QuickTrac is not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of such third party Web sites and this Notice does not apply to those Web sites.

QuickTrac Privacy Statement
QuickTrac is the sole organization collecting information on this Web site and is the sole owner of such information. QuickTrac will only share this information with outside parties in ways that are approved by you, the customer, or if we are required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the ethics of the law, cooperate with law enforcement agencies, or comply with process served on our Web site or business. We do not use cookies to provide you with a tailored experience when using our products.

Purchasing of Subscriptions
An online QTB account is required to purchase QTB services. Information that you provide when creating and editing a QTB account includes:

Name and email address
Location information, including zip code
Purchase and credit card billing information.
On occasion, bank account information and an authorization for the debit of a bank account

The company does not keep records of bank account or credit card billing information on the company servers. This information is stored by an online supplier of credit and is not available to QuickTrac.

The Information We Collect
Our Web-based site is set up to automatically collect productivity and sales information from each business that purchases our services. It is not set up to collect personally identifiable information from any casual visitor to the Web site. We can identify our customers’ names, addresses, sales and production data, but only when a user visits our Web-based software after gaining entry through the use of their special password after paying a subscription fee.

How We Use Information
QuickTrac does not sell or distribute any information provided to us. The customer data is used for internal purposes by our technical support staff as they compile statistical summaries. They make such summaries available for an offsite manager, and, upon customer approval, they make such summaries available to a coach, business consultant or trainer so they can view “real time” data and suggest actions needed to positively affect a business day. QuickTrac may enhance or merge your information collected at its Web site program with data from other customers for use by the managers, coaches, business consultants or trainers.

Security
Protecting your privacy and your information is a top priority at QuickTrac. We have taken careful measures to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of your information. Once we receive your information that was entered into our Web site, it is stored behind a firewall in encrypted format. All QuickTrac employees are aware of our privacy and security policies. Customer information is only accessible to those employees who need it in order to perform their jobs.

Discontinuance of Subscription
QuickTrac retains a customer’s raw data for a period of ninety (90) days. After that time period, data is aggregated and summarized and stored for as long as a customer maintains his/her subscription with QuickTrac. Once a customer cancels his/her subscription service, all customer data is removed from QuickTrac storage.

Notification of Changes
If we are going to use a customer’s personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time the data is collected at the QuickTrac Web site, we will notify the customer via email. You will have a choice as to whether or not your information may be used for a different purpose. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already collected through our Web based program, we will post a prominent notice in our program to our program users notifying them of the change.
